We do not believe in keeping customers on an unhappy basis, and as such will never use annual agreements. They are unethical. If a company does not deliver a service to the level you want, you should be free to leave by giving notice. This is not a problem for us as our customers love the service we deliver and we always strive to improve by gaining regular customer feedback.
Over 90% of our customers are in North London which includes Central London, the City, Westminster, Islington, Camden, Hackney, Haringey, Harrow, Barnet, Brent and Enfield. We do however, travel further afield having customers in Clapham, Hertfordshire and Derby. We cannot, however offer the same level of on-site response to customers outside North London. We are based in Muswell Hill (N10). It is worth noting that most support calls are resolved remotely – without the need to attend the customers premises
We are a team of six and have five support engineers – three of which are full-time. In essence we are a small business, offering a big service to our customers. Our customers appreciate a personal level of service, knowing the engineer that they speak to first, will most-likely resolve their issue. In addition they will have dedicated support staff who they know, like and trust to deliver the service.
The short answer is yes. However, we really only support very local customers with their home IT equipment. It is not cost-effective for us to travel long distances for this kind of support work, so if you are in Muswell Hill, East Finchley, Finchley, Hampstead or within a 20 minute drive from Muswell Hill we can come to you. Alternatively we have some fixed price repairs and it may be more cost-effective for you to drop your computer with us to fix. Our Home User Support page explains further details of this service.
