All North London IT Support service prices are shown excluding VAT.
Certification fee is separate
The official Cyber Essentials certification fee is charged separately unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Remediation quoted separately
Any technical changes, new equipment, software or licensing are not included and will be quoted separately where required.

Cyber Essentials Readiness Review
A focused review for organisations that want to understand their current position before committing to certification. You receive a practical summary written for business owners and managers — clear priorities and sensible next steps, not a confusing technical document. The findings are ordered so you know what needs addressing most urgently, and where remediation work is required, we explain what is involved and can quote separately for any changes.
- This is a readiness review — not a Cyber Essentials certification application, and it does not include a certification fee.
- Limited to one site visit or consultation.
- Additional visits, investigation or remediation work are quoted separately.
- If you subsequently proceed with one of our certification services, the £250 + VAT Readiness Review fee is deducted from the North London IT Support professional service fee.
Cyber Essentials Guided
plus the certification fee
The client gathers most of the required information, while North London IT Support reviews the responses, provides advice and helps prepare and submit the certification application.
Best suited to
Best suited to organisations that have someone internally who can collect the required business and technical information but would value experienced guidance, checking and support before submission.
Cyber Essentials Fully Managed
plus the certification fee
North London IT Support leads the complete process using our Cyber Essentials Engine Room. We work with the client to collect the required information, identify gaps, organise the responses and guide the application through to submission.
Best suited to
Best suited to organisations that want comprehensive, hands-on support and do not have the internal time or expertise to manage the certification process themselves.
Cyber Essentials Complex
plus the certification fee
Designed for organisations where the certification scope requires more detailed investigation, planning or coordination. The final price will be confirmed after an initial discussion and review of the proposed scope.
Best suited to
This may include multiple business locations, Bring Your Own Device arrangements, specialist systems, legacy equipment, complicated networks or infrastructure, or a more involved or difficult-to-define certification scope.
All prices exclude VAT. For the certification packages, the official Cyber Essentials certification fee is charged separately.

Confirm the scope
We establish which people, devices, systems and locations need to be included.
Gather and review the information
The amount of work led by the client or North London IT Support depends on the chosen service.
Prepare for submission
We help organise and review the application. Where technical changes are required, these are explained and quoted separately.
We cannot guarantee certification. Certification remains subject to your organisation meeting the scheme requirements and approval by the relevant certification body — our role is to give you practical guidance and support throughout the process.
What is included in the price?
The prices above cover the stated North London IT Support professional service. The official certification fee is charged separately for certification packages.
Any remediation work, equipment, software, licensing, additional site visits or significant work outside the agreed scope will be discussed and quoted separately before proceeding.
For the Readiness Review, the £250 + VAT fee is deducted from the North London IT Support service fee if you subsequently proceed with one of our certification support packages. It is not deducted from the certification body’s fee.
