Microsoft 365 Pricing

Microsoft 365 Review Pricing

Choose the right level of Microsoft 365 security, licensing and cost review for your organisation.

Microsoft 365 environments often develop gradually. Users come and go, licences change, new services are enabled and security settings do not always keep pace.

Our reviews help business owners and managers understand what they are paying for, where important risks may exist and what should be addressed next.

Whether you need an initial snapshot or a detailed investigation of a more complicated environment, we provide clear findings and practical recommendations without unnecessary technical jargon.

Microsoft 365 review pricing - common questions

Do you need administrator access?
Appropriate authorised access is normally required. The exact permissions and access method will be agreed before the review begins.
Will you make changes during the review?
No changes will be made without approval. The review identifies findings and recommendations. Remediation is normally quoted separately.
Is the review only about security?
No. Depending on the selected package, it can examine security, licences, user accounts, sharing, devices, backup arrangements, governance and potential cost savings.
What happens to the Snapshot Review fee if we continue?
When a client proceeds with an Essentials, Comprehensive or Complex Review within 60 days, the £250 + VAT Snapshot fee is deducted from the North London IT Support professional service fee.
Is Microsoft licensing included?
No. Microsoft licences, subscriptions and third-party products are separate.
Can you review an environment managed by another IT provider?
Yes, provided the organisation authorises the review and suitable access can be arranged. Where appropriate, we can work alongside the existing provider.
Does the review guarantee that the environment is secure?
No review can guarantee that an organisation will never experience a security incident. The service identifies observed risks, configuration gaps and practical opportunities for improvement within the agreed scope.
