IT Support Review Pricing

IT Support Review Pricing

Understand what is working, what is being missed and what your business should do next.

Your IT support may appear to be working reasonably well while still leaving gaps in security, resilience, cost control or responsibility.

Our IT Support Reviews range from a free initial conversation to a structured assessment of your support arrangements, technology risks, suppliers and future priorities.

You do not need to be planning an immediate change of IT provider. The purpose is to give you a clearer and more practical view of your current position.

What we examine

How this relates to our specialist reviews

An IT Support Review provides a broad assessment of your support arrangements, responsibilities, risks and technology priorities. Where a particular area requires a more detailed investigation, we may recommend one of our dedicated reviews, such as the Microsoft 365 Security & Cost Review, the Cyber Essentials Readiness Review, the AI Readiness & Safe Adoption Review, or a specialist backup, recovery or security assessment.

Paid IT Support Reviews may contain high-level elements of these areas. They do not automatically include every check or deliverable from the dedicated specialist review.

Any recommended additional assessment will be discussed before further work is commissioned.

What you receive

Clear findings and sensible next steps

The purpose of the review is not to produce a large technical document that nobody uses. Recommendations distinguish between urgent risks, sensible short-term improvements, longer-term strategic changes and optional enhancements.

Plain-English findings

Review of current support arrangements

Identified risks and responsibility gaps

Cost and licensing observations

Priority quick wins

02

Confirm the scope

We agree the organisation size, systems, suppliers, stakeholders and areas that need attention.

We examine the information, documentation and systems included within the agreed package.

04

We explain what we found, prioritise the next steps and quote separately for any further assessment or implementation.

What is included in the price?

The prices shown cover the North London IT Support consultation, assessment and reporting service described for the selected package. Unless specifically included in a written quotation, the following are separate:

  • Technical remediation
  • Configuration changes
  • Microsoft licences
  • Third-party products
  • New equipment
  • Migrations
  • Project management
  • On-site visits
  • Penetration testing
  • Legal contract advice
  • Formal procurement or tender management
  • Work outside the agreed scope

Prices marked "from" depend on factors including the number of users, sites and suppliers, the complexity of the technology environment, the availability of documentation, the number of stakeholders, and the depth of investigation required.

No changes will be made to systems or supplier arrangements without separate authorisation.

The review is intended to give you a clear and fair view of your current arrangements. It should not begin from the assumption that your existing IT provider has performed poorly.

Findings will be based on the information, documentation and access made available within the agreed scope. North London IT Support will not contact your incumbent provider or request information from them without your permission.

Information obtained during the review will be treated as confidential and used only to provide the agreed service.

IT Support Review pricing - common questions

What is included in the free review?
The free review is one 30-minute remote conversation, followed by a brief email summarising up to three priorities. It is not a technical audit or detailed assessment.
Do we need to be planning to change IT provider?
No. The review can help an organisation improve its current arrangements, clarify responsibilities or decide whether any change is necessary.
Will you contact our existing IT provider?
Not without permission. Where information is needed from the provider, the client can supply it or authorise contact.
Will you need administrator access?
The free review does not require administrative access. Paid reviews may require agreed access to systems, reports or documentation depending on the scope.
Will you make changes during the review?
No changes will be made without separate approval. Remediation and implementation are normally quoted separately.
Does the IT Support Review include a full Microsoft 365 assessment?
Not automatically. A high-level Microsoft 365 focus area may be included in a paid package. A detailed tenant, security, permission and licensing assessment is provided through the dedicated Microsoft 365 Security & Cost Review.
Does it include Cyber Essentials certification?
No. It may identify likely readiness concerns, but certification support and formal readiness work are provided separately.
Can you review our IT costs and contracts?
Paid packages may include a practical review of costs, service descriptions and renewal dates. This is not legal advice or a formal legal interpretation of contractual terms.
Can you help us change provider?
Yes. Transition planning, migration and onboarding can be scoped separately after the review. The review itself does not commit the client to changing provider.
Is the free review suitable for an urgent IT problem?
No. It is not an emergency-support or troubleshooting service. Urgent incidents should use the normal support or enquiry route.
